I have had the privilege to be in this industry for many years and I must admit that the one thing I really enjoy doing is analyzing compensation plans. There are so many companies out right now and new ones starting up everyday. I would have to say that most of them are so confusing when it comes to the pay plan that you almost need a few weeks to study them in order to be able to explain it to your prospects.



I am a firm believer in "keeping it simple" and keep it clean. That is the reason why I, personally like the Matrix Compensation Plan. If a five year old can understand your comp plan then you’re good to go! This allows you to keep focused on recruiting and building your team.



This pay plan is based on a 3X12 Hybrid Matrix. Here are the key elements:



1- Up-front money of $50 (Fast Start)

2- Residual income of $6 - $8

3- Back-end money up to 10% on personals (mentor Match)

4- Bonus pool from 1% to 3%



Here is a closer look at these key points;



Fast Start bonus-

You receive a $50 fast start bonus on every new distributor that you personally sponsor. This is per box (48 cans / 60 packets (coffee)) order.

This is a second generation bonus that also pays the second level $22.



Residual income-

The Pure3x compensation plan is based on a 3x12 Hybrid Matrix and you get paid $6 - $8 per distributor in your business depending on your level. You only need to sponsor 3 distributors to qualify.



• 1st level is 0-119 distributors – pays $6 per distributor

• Diamond level is 120-1374 distributors – pays $6.50 per distributor retroactively to your top 3

• Double Diamond is 1375-2999 distributors – pays $8 per dist. retroactively.

• Triple Diamond 3000+ - still pays $8 per distributor. This was put in place to elevate the check match.



Mentor Matching Bonus-

Once you reach the Diamond level you will receive up to 10% of everything that your personally sponsored distributors make. For every level that you advance then you will get paid down another generation, up to 3 generations of personals hence the reason for adding the Triple Diamond level.



Bonus Pool-

There is a total of 3% that will go to the distributors with this bonus.

The first qualification for 1% is to simply order product.

To reach the 2% is to be at the Diamond level (120 – 1374)

The 3% mark is reached by achieving the Double Diamond level (1375 – 2999)



That pretty much sums it up. Simple and Clean!
